<br />EUGENE J. PENROSE and JANET K. PENROSE, husband and wife, herein
<br />called Grantor, in consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00), receipt of which is

<br />thirty one hundredths (187.31) feet of the southerly twenty three (23.0)
<br />feet of Lot Two (2) Connell Industrial Park Second Subdivision.
<br />The above - described easement and right -of -way containing a combined
<br />total of 230.0 square feet, more or less, as shown on the plat dated
<br />7/31 /2003, marked Exhibit "A ", attached hereto and incorporated herein by
