<br />herein called the Grantors, in consideration of a DECREE OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

<br />2003, Case No. CI03 -135, do hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />GRETCHEN KAY PETERSON, herein called the Grantee, the following- described property in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />All of Fractional Block Nine (9) of Bonnie Brae Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, as surveyed, platted and recorded,
<br />together with the westerly one -half (W' /2) of Monroe Street between the
<br />northerly line of Fourth Street and the southerly line of Fifth Street,
<br />adjacent thereto, as vacated by Ordinance No. 4842 of the City of Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, recorded in Book 20 of Miscellaneous Records, page
<br />498, in the Register of Deeds Office in Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the above - described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the Grantee and to Grantee's heirs and
<br />assigns forever.
