The undersigned, being the Trustee under Trust Deeds filed for record on April
<br />28, 1994 and November 27, 2000, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Document Nos. 94- 103488 and 0200010238, executed by Daniel E.
<br />Pullen and Deana M. Pullen, husband and wife, as Trustors, in which The Equitable
<br />Building and Loan Association of Grand Island, Nebraska, a Federal Savings Bank,
<br />now known as Equitable Federal Savings Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustors' failure to
<br />make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of
<br />such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deeds is accelerated as of
<br />November 3, 2003; be notified that because of such default the undersigned has
<br />elected to sell or cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the
<br />Trust Deeds; the trust property affected is as follows:
