THAT WHEREAS, a Deed of Trust has been executed by Nancy Stephens and Kurvin B. Sampson,
<br />trustors, to Farmers State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, f /k/a Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek,
<br />Trustee, and Farmers State Bank, A Branch of Bank of Clarks, f /k/a Farmers State Bank of Silver Creek,
<br />Beneficiary, and recorded February 26, 2002, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Instrument No. 0200202177 of the mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska, and said Beneficiary as requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by the endorsement below;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as
<br />Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey in the person or persons entitled therein all the

<br />Company, and the Northeast Corner of the North Twelve (12) acres, more or less of the South Thirty -Two
<br />(32) acres of that part of the Southwest Quarter (SWl /4) of Section Three (3) in Township Eleven (11) North,
<br />Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., and lying West of said Railroad; thence running in a Southerly direction
<br />312.5 feet; thence in a Westerly direction 697.0 feet; thence in a Northerly direction 312.5 feet; thence in an
<br />Easterly direction 697.0 feet to the place of beginning, containing Five (5) acres, more or less, in Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
