<br />part thereof conveyed to Robert L. Siemers by Warranty Deed dated April 2, 1990, and
<br />recorded on April 3, 1990, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as
<br />Instrument No. 90- 101756; and except that part thereof conveyed to Robert L. Siemers
<br />by Warranty Deed dated August 25, 1992, and recorded on September 23, 1992, in the
<br />office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument No. 92- 108242; and except
<br />that part thereof conveyed to Hall County, Nebraska, by Warranty Deed dated April 11,
<br />1995, and recorded on April 19, 1995, in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds
