<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point
<br />40 feet South of the Northwesterly corner of said Lot 12 and thence Westerly parallel to the Northerly
<br />line of said County Subdivision a distance of 32 feet thence Southerly parallel to the Westerly line of
<br />said Lot 12 a distance of 140 feet thence Easterly a distance of 32 feel to the Southwesterly comer of
<br />said Lot 12; thence Northwesterly on the Westerly line of said Lot 12 a distance of 140 feet to the point
<br />of beginning
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments, appurtenances and
<br />reservations thereto belonging unto the grantee and to grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
