<br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />_4/24/97 8/16/01 and recorded _5/1/97 8124/01 in the office of the Register of Deeds of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument 97- 103328 200108528 has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise,
<br />release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to
<br />said Trustee by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to
<br />such premises:

<br />AND THAT PART OF LOT 13 OF THE COUNTY SUBDIVISION OF PART OF THE
<br />S1 /2SE1 /4 OF SAID SECTION 16, T11N -R9W OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA AND MORE PARTICULARLY DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: BEGINNING AT
<br />.A POINT 40 FEET SOUTH OF THE NORTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 12 AND
<br />THENCE WESTERLY PARALLEL TO THE NORTHERLY LINE OF SAID COUNTY SUB-
<br />DIVISION A DISTANCE OF 32 FEET; THENCE SOUTHERLY PARALLEL TO THE WEST-
<br />ERLY LINE OF SAID LOT 12 A DISTANCE OF 140 FEET, THENCE EASTERLY A DIS-
<br />TANCE OF 32 FEET TO THE SOUTHWESTERLY CORNER OF SAID LOT 12, THENCE
