<br />You are hereby notified that on the 31" day of October, 2003, CitiFinancial, Inc. (MD)
<br />filed its Complaint in the District Court of Hall County, Nebraska in Doc. , Page _, against
<br />Colleen A. Voss, the object and prayer of which is to reform a certain Deed of Trust on the
<br />following described real estate, to wit: 100°5
<br />Lot One (1), Cedarview Estates, Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska (commonly
<br />known as 9506 S NE Hwy 11, Wood River, NE 68883).
<br />Given by the Defendant, Colleen A. Voss on the 13`h day of December, 2002; that the Plaintiff is
<br />the present owner and holder of said Deed of Trust, and that said Deed of Trust was duly
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska on the 17`h day of
<br />December, 2002 under Instrument Number 0200214027.
<br />That said Deed of Trust, due to scrivener's error, accidentally listed the property
<br />conveyed by the Deed of Trust as Lot One (1), Cedarview Estates Subdivision, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, when in fact the parties intended that the property described as Lot One (1), Cedarview
<br />Estates, Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska, would be conveyed by the Deed of Trust.
<br />Plaintiffs Complaint seeks to reform said Deed of Trust to convey Lot One (1), Cedarview
<br />Estates, Second Subdivision, Hall County, Nebraska and for determination that the Deed of Trust
<br />is the first, paramount and prior lien on said real estate.
