KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />DINSY, L.L.C.
<br />to AREND R MACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND
<br />LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein,
<br />dated APRIL 1, 2003 and recorded APRIL 1, 2003 in the Office of the HALL COUNTY
<br />REGISTER OF DEED'S OFFICE OF HALL COUNTY, Nebraska, as DOCUMENT #0200303799
<br />has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered;

<br />named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
