<br />TRUSTEES DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement executed by Robert L. Ripp and Linda L. Ripp, Husband and Wife,
<br />Trustor to AREND R BAACK, Trustee, for the benefit of WELLS FARGO BANK
<br />NEBRASKA. N.A.. SUCCESSOR IN INTEREST BY CONSOLIDATION TO THE
<br />OVERLAND NATIONAL BANK OF GRAND ISLAND, the beneficiary named
<br />therein, dated June 4, 1993 and recorded August 18, 1993, as Document #93- 107067 in
<br />the Office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, has been paid, and said
<br />beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and
<br />delivered;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the
<br />request of the beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these
<br />presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all
<br />the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust and
<br />Acknowledgement in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />Lot Nineteen (19), Kallos Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such
<br />premises.
