SCHEDULE "A" 200314398 <br />Schedule "A" is an attachment to the Warranty Deed by JEROME W. NIEDFELT and <br />DORALENE F. NIEDFELT, as Co- Trustees of the Jerome W. Niedfelt Revocable Trust, dated <br />August 22 °a, 2003, as Grantors and Platte Valley Construction Co., L.L.C., as Grantee. <br />The entire interest in the following property located in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />1. The South Three (3) Acres of the West Half of the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast <br />Quarter (W1 /2 SW' /4 NE 1/4) of Section Twenty -One (21), Township Eleven (11), North, <br />Range Nine (9), West of the 6th P.M., subject to the road on the East side of said tract, <br />being a rectangular tract of land 662.5 feet, east and west, and 198 feet, north and south <br />and being the premises described in Book 98 of deed Records, Page 300; <br />2. That part of Section Twenty -One (21), Township eleven (11), North, Range Nine (9), <br />West of the 6th P.M. more particularly described as follows: Commencing at a point on <br />the center -line of Adams Street where the center -line of Phoenix Avenue intersects said <br />center -line of Adams Street, thence running in a southerly direction 677 feet along the <br />center -line of Adams Street, thence running westerly at right angles 660 feet, thence <br />running northerly at right angles a distance of 294 feet to a point lying upon the center- <br />line of said Phoenix Avenue, thence running in a northeasterly direction along the center- <br />line of Phoenix Avenue, a distance of 767 feet to the place of beginning, containing <br />approximately 7.35 acres, more or less, subject to public roads and subject further to the <br />C. B. & Q. Railroad Company right -of -way upon said premises, according to the <br />recorded plat thereof and as described in the deed recorded in Book 115 of Deed Records <br />at Page 465; <br />3. Part of the North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1 /2 NE 1/4) of Section Twenty -Six (26), <br />in Township Eleven (11), North, Range Ten (10), West of the 6th P.M. more particularly <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point where the southerly line of the Union Pacific <br />Railroad Company's right -of -way line intersects the east line of said Section 26; thence <br />turning and running south along said section line for a distance of 776 feet to the <br />Southeast Corner of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N1 /2 NE 1/4) of Section 26; <br />thence turning and running west for a distance of 1263.9 feet to a point where the <br />southerly line of the Union Pacific Railroad Company's right -of -way line intersects the <br />south line of said North Half of the Northeast Quarter (N %2 NE 1/4) of Section 26; thence <br />turning and running along and upon the southerly right -of -way line of said Union Pacific <br />Railroad Company to the point of beginning and containing 11/26 acres, more or less, <br />formerly known as Lot Forty -Nine (49) of Person's Subdivision and being the premises <br />described in the Deed recorded in Book 125 of the Deed Records on Page 501. <br />
