<br />RICHARD D. DeVORE and PATRICIA C. DeVORE, husband and wife, C
<br />GRANTOR, whether one or more, in consideration of THIRTY SIX THOUSAND AND

<br />follows: Beginning at the northeast corner of said Southwest Quarter (SW114); thence
<br />running southerly along and upon the east line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 14), a
<br />distance of Eighty (80.0) feet, thence running westerly, parallel with the north line of said
<br />Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4), a distance of One Hundred Thirty -Five (135.0) feet; thence
<br />running northerly, parallel with the east line of said Southwest Quarter (SW1 /4), a
<br />distance of Eighty (80.0) feet to a point on the north line of said Southwest Quarter
<br />(SW114), also being a point on the southerly right of way line of the Union Pacific
<br />Railroad; thence running easterly along and upon the north line of said Southwest
<br />Quarter (SW114), also being along and upon said right of way line, a distance of One
<br />Hundred Thirty -Five (135.0) feet to the point of beginning.
<br />Grantor covenants (jointly and severally, if more than one), with the Grantee that
<br />Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seised of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances
<br />except easements and restrictions of record;
<br />(2) has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of
<br />all persons.
