TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Trust Deed executed by
<br />ROBERT A ROACH AND RHONDA L ROACH, HUSBAND AND WIFE for the benefit of
<br />PINNACLE BANK, the Beneficiary named therein, dated APRIL 30, 2003 and
<br />recorded MAY 5, 2003 in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County,
<br />NEBRASKA, in Mortgage Records Instrument No. 0200305611 has been paid, and
<br />said Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary named therein, the undersigned as Trustee
<br />does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the person or
<br />persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee
<br />by or through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only
<br />as to such premises:
<br />THE SOUTH EIGHTY FEET (S80') OF LOTS FIVE (5) AND SIX (6), IN BLOCK THIRTEEN
<br />(13), IN THE ORIGINAL TOWN OF DONIPHAN, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, AND THAT PART
<br />OF VACATED WALNUT STREET AS SHOWN IN ORDINANCE NO. 101, FILED APRIL 10, 1973
<br />IN BOOK 24, PAGE 505.
<br />TOGETHER WITH all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances
<br />belonging to such premises.
