Tobin and Kimberly S. Tobin, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did on or �\ <br />about January 29, 1999, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a <br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />Lot Two (2), in Block Thirty-eight (38), in Russel Wheelers's Addition to the City <br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Major Mortgage, Beneficiary of said Deed of <br />Trust which was recorded on February 1, 1999, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as <br />Instrument No. 99- 101175. <br />On or about January 29, 1999, Major Mortgage, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and beneficial <br />interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
