<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed,
<br />executed by David H. Bohm and Julia A. Bohm, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State
<br />Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the
<br />Beneficiary named therein, dated the 24th day of February, 1999, and recorded on the 8th day of March,
<br />1999, at the Register of Deeds Office, Hall County, Nebraska, at Inst. 99- 103358, has been paid, and said
<br />Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary named in the Trust Deed, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents grant, remise,
<br />release, and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto, all the interest and estate derived to said
<br />Trustee by or through the Trust Deed, in and to the following- described real property (as defined in Neb.
<br />Rev. Stat. Section 76- 1001):
