<br />CYNTHIA M. DUFF, GRANTOR, pursuant to the Decree of Dissolution of Marriage,
<br />District Court of Hall County, Nebraska, Case No. Cl 03 -202, quitclaims and conveys to
<br />BRETT A. DUFF, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. §76 -201):
<br />Commencing at the Northeast corner of Lot One (1) in Block Three (3) in
<br />West's Subdivision in the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NW' /4NE %), Section Twenty (20), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine
<br />(9) West of the 6th P.M., thence South along the East line of said Lot One (1)
<br />and, as projected, to a point on the East line of Lot Five (5), Block Four (4)
<br />in said West's Subdivision, which is 33.2 Feet South of the Northeast corner
<br />of said lot and which point is the intersection of the East line of said Lot Five
<br />(5) with the Northerly line of the property now owned by the City of Grand
<br />Island, which was condemned for viaduct purposes, thence Westerly along
<br />the Northerly line of said property so condemned to a point which is Six Feet
<br />West of the West line of said Block Five (5), thence North along the center
<br />line of what was formerly the alley in said Blocks Three (3) and Four (4), to
<br />a point Six Feet West of the Northwest corner of Lot One (1) in said Block
<br />Three (3), thence East along the North line of said Lot One (1) as projected
<br />Westerly, to the place of beginning; being all of Lot One (1) in said Block
<br />Three (3), that part of Lot Five (5) in Block Four (4) which was not
<br />condemned for viaduct purposes, one half of the vacated alley adjoining said
<br />Lots One (1) and Five (5) on the West, and that part of what was formerly
<br />Thorn Street from the West line of Waldo Avenue to the center line of said
<br />alley, all in said West's Subdivision in Hall County, Nebraska.
