/s-�^ <br />LD <br />LICENSE AGREEMENT <br />This License Agreement is made by and between the CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, <br />NEBRASKA, a Municipal Corporation, herein referred to as the "Licensor" and JARROD E. <br />SPILGER and KRYSTAL D. SPILGER, husband and wife, hereinafter referred to as the <br />"Licensees." <br />1. STATEMENT OF PURPOSE. The purpose of this License Agreement is to set <br />forth the terms and conditions under which the Licensees may construct, maintain, repair, and <br />utilize the following described improvement which will infringe upon the right -of -way held by <br />the Licensor: <br />Installation of a four (4.0) foot high chain link fence in the front yard of 229 N. <br />Carey Street, extending into the City's right -of -way approximately three (3.0) feet. <br />Said fence must be located at least three (3.0) feet from the sidewalk. <br />This License Agreement is to allow fencing around a tree and landscaping <br />currently existing on the property. Should this tree be removed for any reason, the <br />fence must be moved out of the city right -of -way. <br />2. DESCRIPTION OF LICENSEES' REAL ESTATE. The Licensees own the <br />following described real estate adjacent to the Licensor's right -of -way to which this License <br />Agreement shall apply: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Twenty One (21), Packer and Barr's Second Addition to the <br />City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />3. LICENSEE'S DUTIES AND RISKS.
