<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned Trustee has received from Rodney W.
<br />Crumrine and Lisa L. Crumrine, Husband and Wife, and Charles F.
<br />Kohn and Joyce S. Kohn, Husband and Wife, as Beneficiaries, written
<br />request to reconvey the real estate described in said Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Eight (8), Block Ninety -four (94), Original Town of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the
<br />provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned, as Trustee, does
<br />hereby convey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
