<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Deed of Trust executed by Alan L. Ellison
<br />and Roxann T. Ellison. Husband and wife as joint tenants, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS
<br />FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, successor to Norwest Bank Nebraska,
<br />National Association, as a result of an acquisition and name change, as Beneficiary, dated as of
<br />July 1, 1996, and recorded on July 5, 1996, as Instrument No. 96- 105235, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held
<br />by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is
<br />executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Property: The Westerly 18.9 Feet of the Easterly 33.0 Feet of the Southerly 25.1 Feet of Lot 7,
<br />Block 65, Original Town, City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
