<br />CONSTRUCTION DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />The undersigned, as Trustee under that certain Construction Deed of Trust executed by
<br />James K. Jonak and Allison R. Jonak, husband and wife, as Trustor, for the benefit of WELLS
<br />FARGO BANK NEBRASKA, NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, as Beneficiary, dated as of June 18,
<br />2003, and recorded on June 19, 2003, as Instrument No. 0200307739, in the Office of the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, does hereby quitclaim and reconvey unto the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, without any warranty, all of the right, title and interest now held
<br />by said Trustee in and to the real property described in said Deed of Trust. This Reconveyance is
<br />executed at the request of the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust.
<br />Property: Lot One (1), Block One (1), Summerfield Estates First Subdivision in the City of
<br />Of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Trustee has caused this Reconveyance to be executed as
