<br />of Deeds, HALL County, Nebraska, recorded as DOCUMENT # 0200007930 on THE 25TH
<br />DAY OF SEPTEMBER, 2000..
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, FIVE POINTS BANK, as Trustee, has received from
<br />FIVE POINTS BANK, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in
<br />the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Eleven (11), Block Sixteen (16), in Ashton Place, an Addition to the City of Grand
<br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The Real Property or its address is commonly known as 2719 W. Division, Grand
<br />Island, Ne. 68803 -5738
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have
<br />been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by hereunder.
