<br />Books, wherein Erasmo Chavez, a Single Person and Kathy Rincon, a Single Person, were
<br />identified as Trustors;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustor of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, AREND R. BAACK, Trustee under certain Deed of Trust dated
<br />March 23, 1994, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, March 23, 1994 as Document No. 94- 102351 of the Hall County Register of Deeds
<br />Books, herein called the Grantor, for and in consideration of credit against indebtedness in the
<br />amount of Forty -Seven Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty -Six and 99/100 Dollars ($ 47,836.99)
<br />received from Grantee, does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto
<br />Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation herein called the Grantee, the following- described
<br />real estate in, Nebraska:
<br />The West 102.6 Feet of Lot Five (5), Block Three (3), Hann's
<br />Second Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />THIS CORRECTIVE TRUSTEE'S DEED IS EXECUTED AND RECORDED TO
<br />CORRECT THE NAME OF THE GRANTEE APPEARING IN THE TRUSTEE'S DEED
