<br />GLORIA E. BROWN, HUSBAND AND WIFE AND WILLIAM 0. MUNSTERMAN AND CHARLOTTE C.
<br />MUNSTERMAN, HUSBAND AND WIFE, to BANK OF DONIPHAN, PO BOX 270, DONIPHAN,
<br />NEBRASKA, 68832, Trustee for the benefit of BANK OF DONIPHAN, the Beneficiary named therein dated 01 -29-
<br />2001 and recorded 07.23.2002 in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA, Instrument No.
<br />0200207645 of the Trust Deed Records of said County has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested in writing that
<br />the Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
