<br />NOTICE OF DEFAULT
<br />The undersigned, being the Trustee under a Trust Deed filed for record on
<br />September 16, 1998, in the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska, as
<br />Document No. 98- 109038, executed by Donald R. Vance and Shirley L. Vance,
<br />husband and wife, as Trustor, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association of
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice
<br />that a breach of an obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to
<br />make debt payments as they became due. You are hereby notified that because of
<br />such default the indebtedness secured by said Trust Deed is accelerated as of October
<br />27, 2003; be notified that because of such default the undersigned has elected to sell or
<br />cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligations under the Trust Deed; the
<br />trust property affected is as follows:
<br />Lot Twenty (20), in Block Four (4), in Replat of Riverside Acres, an
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
