Vance, <br />husband and wife, as Trustor, in which The Equitable Building and Loan Association of <br />Grand Island, Nebraska, A Federal Savings Bank, is named as Beneficiary and Earl D. <br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, is named as Trustee; and the Beneficiary, hereby gives notice <br />that a breach of an obligation for which nature of such breach is the Trustor's failure to <br />make debt payments as they became due.
