Hahn, of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, hereinafter <br />referred to as "Petitioner" or "wife ", and Larry Dale Hahn, of Grand Island, Hall County,, L rti; <br />Nebraska, hereinafter referred to as "Respondent" or "husband ". <br />WHEREAS, the parties were lawfully married on the 10`h day of October, 1975 in, <br />Mitchell, Davison County, South Dakota; and <br />WHEREAS, on the 29th day of May, 2002, the wife filed a Petition in the District <br />Court of Hall County, Nebraska, seeking a dissolution of the aforesaid marriage, and the <br />Respondent was served with summons on the 2nd day of June, 2002; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties hereto have no expectation of resuming marital relations <br />and it has been determined by the parties that it is impossible for them to continue to live <br />in a marital state; and <br />WHEREAS, the parties wish to enter into a voluntary agreement determining their <br />respective property rights and all other matters relating to the dissolution of their marriage <br />including matters relating to (spousal support/alimony, division of property, payment of <br />debts, payment of attorney fees), and other matters incident to the pending dissolution <br />proceedings; and <br />WHEREAS, each party is aware of his and her right to be represented by legal <br />counsel and has had full opportunity to seek counsel and discuss this agreement therewith. <br />1 EXHIBIT <br />s <br />
