<br />AN UNMARRIED INDIVIDUALI as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated MAY 21., 1999, and
<br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book Page or
<br />Instrument Number 99- 105252 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
