<br />WORRELL AN UNMARRIED INDIVIDUAL as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK as Trustee for the
<br />benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated FEB 27,
<br />1998, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book 98- 101823 Page
<br />or Instrument Number and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
<br />recorded in Book Page or Instrument Number has been paid; and
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary under said Deed of Trust has requested that the property held by the Trustee be
<br />reconveyed, without warranty, to the person or persons entitled thereto.
