<br />AND MESA BOERSEN, HUSBAND AND WIFE as Trustor to COMMERCIAL FEDERAL BANK as Trustee for
<br />the benefit of NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated AUG

<br />and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE
