WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under <br />the Deed(s) of Trust dated April 30, 1993, August 6, 1997, and April 30, 2003, executed by James -7. Qv <br />Dory, a Single Person, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the <br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on May 3, 1993, recorded as Document No. 93- 103475, on August 8, 1997, recorded as <br />Document No. 97- 106403, and May 2, 2003, recorded as Instrument No. 0200305444 and <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points <br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust <br />above mentioned as follows: <br />The West One -Half (W 1/2) of Lot Three (3) and all of Lot Four (4), John W.
