<br />1995, and Modification of Deed of Trust dated December 18, 2001, executed by Christ Evangelical
<br />Lutheran Church UAC A Religious Corporation, as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named as �? So
<br />Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of
<br />Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on January 14, 1991, recorded as Document No. 91- 100199, and re-
<br />recorded on January 23, 1991, as Document No. 91- 100349, and on December 1992, recorded as
<br />Document No. 92- 110450, and on May 26, 1994, recorded as Document No. 94- 104446, and on
<br />September 13, 1995, recorded as Document No. 95- 106162, and on December 20, 2001, recorded
<br />as Instrument No. 0200113119 and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lots Two Hundred Forty-nine (249) Two Hundred Fifty (250), Two Hundred Fifty -one (251), Two Hundred
<br />Fifty Two (252), Two Hundred Fifty -Three (253), Two Hundred Fifty -four (254) and Two Hundred Fifty -five (255), in
<br />West Lawn, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
