LITTLE B'S CORPORATION, herein call the Grantor, inconsideration of One and 00 /100 <br />Dollar (J1.00) and other consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants and <br />conveys unto the <br />CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA <br />a municipal corporation in Hall County, State of Nebraska, herein called the Grantee, a permanent <br />and perpetual easement to construct, operate, maintain, extend, repair, replace, and remove public <br />storm sewer, in, underneath and through a tract located in part of Lot 6, Summerfield Estates Third <br />Subdivision, in Section Twelve (12), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Ten (10) West of the 6th <br />P.M., in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska; the easement being more particularly <br />described as follows and shown on attached Exhibit: <br />THE NORTH TEN (10) FEET OF LOT SIX (6) OF SUMMERFIELD ESTATES <br />THIRD SUBDIVISION.
