Whereas, William E. Langdon, has been appointed Trustee under a Deed of Trust
<br />dated May 30, 1998 from Trustor(s) .lames W. Nelson and Rose M. Nelson for the benefit
<br />of Alenco, which Deed of Trust was recorded October 13, 1998, as Inst. No. 98- 109985,
<br />assigned to HomEq Servicing Corporation in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska; and . c�
<br />WHEREAS, the Beneficiary has requested the Trustee in writing to reconvey the trust
<br />property to the person(s) entitled thereto;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned,
<br />as Trustee does hereby grant and reconvey to the person(s) entitled thereto, all interest and
<br />estate derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
