<br />That Grantors, David C. Johnson and Lorrayne D. Johnson, husband and wife, in
<br />consideration of the sum of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration,
<br />receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, convey to Ryan G. Hansen and Darcy Hansen,
<br />husband and wife, Grantees, as joint tenants with rights of survivorship, and not as tenants
<br />in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. Sec. 76 -201)
<br />in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />The South Half of Lot Three (3) and the North Half of Lot Four (4), in Block
<br />Two (2), in the Seventh Addition to Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />Grantors covenant with the Grantees that Grantors:
<br />I. are lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances
<br />except easements, covenants, and restrictions of record;
<br />2. have legal power and lawful authority to convey the same;
<br />3. warrant and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all
<br />persons.
