20031408'7 <br />and to make the child custody determination. <br />4. The Petitioner is not a party to any other pending actions for divorce, separation, <br />or dissolution of marriage. <br />5. The marriage of the Petitioner and Respondent is irretrievably broken and every <br />reasonable effort to effect a reconciliation has been made. <br />6. The parties were married on January 18, 1987 in Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska, and there were two children born of this marriage, to -wit: Jordan E. Barnhart, born <br />September 11, 1984, and Abby G. Barnhart, born August 22, 1988. <br />7. Petitioner and Respondent are both fit and proper persons to have custody of the <br />minor children of the parties, and should be granted custody of the minor children and <br />visitation as hereinafter set forth. The parties should contribute to support of said children. <br />8. The parties have acquired certain property and have incurred debts during the <br />marriage, and said property and debts should be allocated between the parties. <br />IT IS THEREFORE ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED: <br />1. That the marriage of Darick D. Barnhart and Gayle C. Barnhart is dissolved. For <br />purposes of appeal, the decree shall be treated as a final order as soon as it is rendered. If an <br />appeal is instituted within 30 days after the decree is rendered, such decree does not become <br />final until such proceedings are finally determined or on the date of death of one of the <br />parties, whichever occurs first. <br />For purposes of remarriage, the decree becomes final and operative six months after <br />-2- <br />
