200314087 <br />K. Assets of Husband on Date of Marriage <br />Petitioner shall be given credit for assets brought into the marriage listed at Kl <br />through K12. Additionally, Darick's Paint and Body / Darick's Auto Sales which is <br />listed at K13 had a book value on December 31, 1986 of negative $2,325 as shown <br />on Exhibit 33 and 34. It should be noted that the real estate is included as an asset <br />when the business was a sole proprietorship and needs to be subtracted from the <br />amount shown on the financial statement on Exhibit 33 in the net amount of <br />$73,686.50. The Dodge motor home listed at K15 shall be a credit for Petitioner. The <br />testimony at the time of trial indicates that the 1978 Dodge motor home was traded <br />in for a 1994 Winnebago which was then traded in for the Kountry Star Motor Home. <br />The 1987 Bayliner boat (K19), was traded in on the 1990 formula 29 -foot speed boat <br />(C5) and Petitioner shall be given credit for that asset. The assets shown at K14, <br />K16, K17, K18, and K20 are no longer in existence and there is no asset to which they <br />can be traced. <br />L. Assets of Wife on Date of Marriage <br />Respondent shall be given credit for L1 and L2 since they are traceable to existing <br />assets (A69, A91). The remaining assets L3 through L7 are no longer in existence <br />and cannot be traced to current assets. <br />M. Debts of Husband on Date of Marriage <br />Ml is the debt for the Bayliner boat for which the Petitioner has been given credit and <br />thus should be considered in the property division. <br />P. Gifts of Wife During Marriage <br />Respondent shall be given credit for P (see A101). <br />9. To equalize the property division, Respondent shall have judgment against the <br />Petitioner in the amount of $68,926 (see attached Balance Sheet). <br />10. Petitioner shall pay alimony to the Respondent through the Clerk of the District <br />Court in the amount of $1,000 per month beginning May 1, 2001, for a total of 18 months <br />at which time alimony shall be reduced to $500 per month for a period of 34 months. <br />Alimony shall terminate on the remarriage of Respondent or the death of either party. <br />-10- <br />
