REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of <br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects: <br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust/Mortgage <br />is hereby extended to March 1, 2005. <br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension <br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described <br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining <br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the <br />date first noted above. <br />HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN <br />ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND <br />By: Steve Kunzman, Vice President/Lending <br />__-q <br />
