<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all or part of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />executed by Clyde L Church and Marilyn K Church, as husband and wife, Trustor,
<br />to Union Bank and Trust Company, Trustee dated May 12th, 2003, and filed for record in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall, Nebraska on May 14th, 2003, as Instrument #
<br />2003 - 06057, has been paid.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with
<br />the request of the Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents grant,
<br />remise and reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all interest and estate
<br />derived to said Trustee by or through said Deed of Trust in the following described
<br />premises:
