<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Pinnacle Bank: Central City, a Corporation,
<br />the party of the first part, in consideration of the sum of Seventy -nine Thousand and no /100

<br />whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted, assigned and transferred and, by these presents does

<br />NE 68826 is Trustee, which Trust Deed was dated the 3RD day of OCTOBER, 2003, and recorded
<br />the day of October, 2003, as Instrument No. 9 /J'y/ of the MORTGAGE
<br />Records of HALL County, Nebraska, and all its right, title and interest to the property therein
<br />described, as follows, to -wit:
<br />UNIT EIGHT (8), RAVENOAKS CONDOMINIUM, IN THE CITY OF GRAND
<br />ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA, A CONDOMINIUM IN ACCORDANCE
<br />WITH THE AMENDED MASTER DEED AND DECLARATION RECORDED ON
<br />APRIL 3, 2000, UNDER DOCUMENT NO. 200002611 OF THE COUNTY OF
<br />HALL, STATE OF NEBRASKA
<br />Together with the promissory note therein described, and the money due or to become due
<br />thereunder, including interest thereon, subject only to the provisions of said Trust Deed therein
<br />contained.

<br />Assignment of Trust Deed to be executed by its Branch President, Gary W. Webster and attested
