KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

<br />of ONE dollar ($1.00) and other valuable consideration received from Grantee, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and
<br />confirm unto: Tommy L. Ummel Sr., a single person, (hereinafter called "Grantee "), whether one or more, the following
<br />described property described as follows:
<br />The Northerly 67.4 feet of Lot Ten (10), and the Northerly 67.4 feet of the Easterly 20
<br />feet of Lot Nine (9), all in Block Thirteen (13) in Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City
<br />of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />NOTE: This deed is not effective until
<br />To have and to hold the above described premises together with all tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto
<br />belonging unto the Grantee and the Grantee's heirs and assigns forever.
