Mieth, Personal Representative of the Estate of Kathleen L. Mieth, Deceased, /o, So <br />pursuant to appointment by the County Court of Thayer County, Nebraska, GRANTOR, conveys <br />and releases to RAMON L. MIETH, GRANTEE, the following described real estate (as defined in <br />Nebraska Revised Statutes Section 76 -201): <br />An undivided one -half interest in and to The South Half of the Northwest Quarter <br />(S1 /2 NW 1/4) and the North Half of the Southwest Quarter (N1 /2SW1 /4) of Section <br />Four (4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th <br />Principal Meridian in Hall County, Nebraska, except, however, that portion thereof <br />transferred to Norman S. Mieth and Sherri L. Mieth by deed dated December 18, <br />1980, said deed being recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, on February 9, 1981, as document number 81- 000575, said excepted real <br />estate deeded to Norman S. Mieth and Sherri L. Mieth as above set forth being more <br />particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the <br />Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4) of said Section Four (4); thence Northerly along the <br />West line of said Section Four (4) a distance of 486.37 feet; thence deflecting right <br />88 °30'17" and running Easterly a distance of 737.33 feet; thence deflecting right <br />103 °57'23" and running Southwesterly a distance of 655.82 feet; thence deflecting <br />right 75 °37'23" and running Westerly a distance of 595.67 feet to the West line of <br />said Section Four (4); thence Northerly along the West line of said Section Four (4) <br />a distance of 154.73 feet to the point of beginning and containing 9.767 acres more <br />or less; AND ALSO <br />A tract of land comprising a part of the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter <br />(SW1 /4 NW1 /4), and part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter <br />(NW 1 /4 S W 1 /4), of Section Four (4), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Twelve <br />(12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska, more particularly described as <br />follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said Northwest Quarter (NW1 /4); <br />thence southerly along the west line of said Section Four (4), a distance of One <br />Hundred Fifty -four and seventy -three Hundredths (154.73') feet; thence deflecting <br />left 91 °54' 57 "and running easterly a distance of Five Hundred Ninety -five and <br />sixty -seven Hundredths (595.67) feet to THE ACTUAL POINT OF BEGINNING; <br />thence deflecting left 88 °05'03 "and running northerly a distance of Six Hundred <br />Thirty-six and seventy -three Hundredths (636.73') feet; thence deflecting right <br />88 °30' 17 "and running easterly a distance of One Hundred Forty-one and sixty -six <br />Hundredths (141.66') feet; thence deflecting right 103 °57'23 "and running southerly <br />a distance of Six Hundred Fifty -five and eighty -two Hundredths(655.82) feet to the <br />point of beginning, and containing 1.034 acres, more or less. <br />subject to easements and restrictions of record. <br />GRANTOR has determined that the GRANTEE is the person entitled to distribution of the <br />real estate from said estate. GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR has legal <br />power and lawful authority to convey and release the same. <br />
