CORPORATE WARRANTY DEED
<br />GOODWIN CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., A Corporation organized
<br />and existing under and by virtue of the laws of the State of
<br />Nebraska, for and in consideration of EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS
<br />($8,000.00), receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby
<br />convey to BRIAN S. ADAMS and MELISSA A. ADAMS, Husband and Wife, as
<br />joint tenants, Grantee, the following described real estate in Hall
<br />County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Forty -Two (42), Hawthorn Place Addition, to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />together with all tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances to
<br />the same belonging, and all the estate, title, interest, claim or
<br />demand whatsoever of said Grantor, of, in or to the same, or any
<br />part thereof; subject to easements and restrictions of record.
<br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor:
<br />(1) is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is
<br />free from encumbrances except as stated herein;
<br />(2) has good right and lawful authority to sell the same;
<br />(3) warrants and will defend the title to the real estate
<br />against the lawful claims of all persons.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, GOOD CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC., has
<br />caused these presents to be signed by its President this day
<br />of May, 2003.
