All of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to that certain Second Mortgage executed by COLONIAL SQUARE APARTMENTS PARTNERSHIP, a Nebraska general partnership to REPUBLIC REALTY MORTGAGE CORPORATION, a Delaware corporation, whose interest was assumed by GMAC COMMERCIAL MORTGAGE CORPORATION, a California corporation, dated October 25, 1994 and recorded on October 26, 1994 as Instrument No. 94- 108707 with the Recorder's Office of Hall County, Nebraska, such Second Mortgage assigned to LASALLE NATIONAL BANK, AS TRUSTEE FOR AMERICAN SOUTHWEST FINANCIAL SECURITIES CORPORATION PASS - THROUGH CERTIFICATES, SERIES 1996 -FHAl by Assignment of Second Mortgage dated December 16, 1996 and recorded on February 3, 1997 as Inst. No. 97- 100745 in said Office, together with the debt secured thereby, and all of Assignor's right, title and interest in and to the property therein described; and 2. Each and every contract or document required by the Federal Housing Administration to which Assignor is a party or has any interest, arising out of or incidental to the FHA insured financing of the referenced FHA Project; and 3.
