<br />You are hereby notified drat Dale Bradley Dunbar and Tarnmy Rae McConnell, both single persons, as
<br />Torsions, did on or about August 6, 1993, make, execute and deliver unto Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Trustee, a
<br />Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property:
<br />The North One Half (N 112) of Lot Thirteen (I 3) and all of Lot Fourteen (14), in
<br />Block Three (3), Lambert', Second Addition to dre City of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska
<br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary of
<br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on August 6, 1993, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 93- 106705.
<br />On or about August 17, 1993, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and
<br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Mutual Life insurance Company. The Assignment was recorded
<br />August 30, 1993, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 93- 107470.
<br />On or about May 18, 1994, Principal Mutual Life Insurance Company, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right,
<br />title and beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Principal Residential Mortgage, tile. The Assignment was recorded
<br />August 24, 1994, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Its]] County, Nebraska, as Instrument No. 94407056.
<br />Camille R. Hawk, Attorney at Law, has been appointed Successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of
<br />Trustee filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />You are further notified that there has occurred a breach of an obligation of the Toasters for which the Trust
<br />property was conveyed as security, to -wit, that the Trustors have failed to pay die Beneficiary payments that were
<br />contractually due.
<br />You are further notified that the Beneficiary has elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together
<br />with interest thereon, at once due and payable, and the Trustee has elected to sell or cause to be sold the real property
<br />described in said Deed of Trust to satisfy said obligation.
