TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: <br />You are hereby notified that Kevin D. Billington and Michelle Billington, as husband and wife, as Trustors, did <br />on or about October 16, 1995, make, execute and deliver unto Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank, <br />Trustee, a Deed of Trust wherein said Trustors conveyed the following- described real property: <br />The South 1/2 of Lot 181 and all of Lot 182, Belmont Addition, City of Grand <br />Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />as security for repayment of a loan which the Trustors obtained from Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary of <br />said Deed of Trust which was recorded on October 17, 1995, in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, as Instrument No. 95- 107016. <br />On or about October 20, 1995, Columbus Federal Savings Bank, Beneficiary, assigned all of its right, title and <br />beneficial interest in the Deed of Trust to Commercial Federal Mortgage Corporation.
