<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Money Store, does hereby declare that it is the true and
<br />lawful owner and holder of a certain promissory note in the principal amount of $16,000.00, dated December /O
<br />23, 1999, among Lisa K. White, wife and David L. White husband, and executed by Trustee, Inc. and secured
<br />by a Deed of Trust and the same being noted in the Recorded/Registrar's Office for Grand Island, Nebraska,
<br />reference to which is hereby made.
<br />WHEREAS said note having been fully paid, canceled and surrendered, the same Wachovia Bank N.A., as
<br />aforesaid, does hereby and by these presents hereby acknowledge payment in full and full satisfaction thereof
<br />, and does by these presents hereby fully release and discharge any and all liens and encumbrances on said
<br />property as contained in the aforementioned Deed of Trust.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Wachovia Bank N.A. f /k/a First Union National Bank, has caused its name to
