DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION is the Trustee under a Deed of
<br />Trust dated JUNE 13, 2003, executed by RICHARD FARIAS AND ANGELA R. FARIAS,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP, as Trustor, for
<br />the benefit of AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, which Deed of Trust was recorded
<br />JULY 01, 2003 as Instrument No. 0200308358, in Book No. - - -, at Page No. - --
<br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, NEBRASKA;
<br />AND WHEREAS, the Beneficiary, AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, has requested a
