WHEREAS, LAWYERS TITLE INSURANCE CORPORATION is the Trustee under a Deed of
<br />Trust dated JUNE 13, 2003, executed by RICHARD FARIAS AND ANELA R. FARIAS,
<br />HUSBAND AND WIFE, AS JOINT TENANTS WITH RIGHTS OF SURVIVORSHIP, as Trustor, for
<br />the benefit of AMERIQUEST MORTGAGE COMPANY, which Deed of Trust was recorded
