<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by Trust Deed executed by DANNY K. OBERG, a
<br />single person to AREND R. BAACK, attorney, Trustee, for the benefit of HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS
<br />AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND, NEBRASKA, the beneficiary named therein, dated
<br />December 2, 2002, and recorded December 12, 2002, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, as Instrument Number 0200213799 has been paid, and said beneficiary has requested
<br />in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered:
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the
<br />beneficiary named therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant, remise, release and
<br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by or
<br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises;
<br />LOT FOUR (4) WOODLAND FIRST SUBDIVISION, AN ADDITION TO THE CITY OF
<br />GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />together with all building, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belonging to such premises.
