<br />This EXTENSION AGREEMENT made and executed this 101h day of October, 2003, by and
<br />between HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Lender ", and
<br />Charles M. Canfield and Susan K. Canfield
<br />hereinafter referred to as "Borrower ".
<br />WITNESSETH:
<br />WHEREAS, borrower has previously executed and delivered unto Lender a certain Note
<br />secured by a Deed of Trust /Mortgage upon that real estate described as:
<br />FRACTIONAL LOT 5, IN FRACTIONAL BLOCK 46, IN PACKER AND BARR'S 2ND
<br />ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA AND
<br />THE SOUTH '/2 OF VACATED CLARENCE STREET
<br />which Deed of Trust /Mortgage was dated December 22, 1999, and filed for record on December 22,
<br />1999, in the office of the HALL COUNTY REGISTER OF DEEDS OF HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA as Instrument No. 0099112020.
<br />WHEREAS, such Deed of Trust /Mortgage had a stated maturity date of January 1, 2010.
<br />WHEREAS, Lender and Borrower have mutually agreed to renew and extend the
<br />indebtedness secured by such Deed of Trust/Mortgage,
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such renewal and extension, the parties hereto give
<br />notice in accord with NEB. REV. STAT. SS 76 -239 of the continued effectiveness of the Deed of
<br />Trust/Mortgage above described in the following respects:
<br />1. MATURITY DATE. The stated maturity of the above - described Deed of Trust /Mortgage
<br />is hereby extended to October 1, 2013
<br />2. CONTINUED EFFECTIVENESS. Except as specifically modified by this Extension
<br />Agreement, all other terms, covenants and conditions contained in the above - described
<br />Deed of Trust/Mortgage shall remain in full force and effect as security for the remaining
<br />indebtedness concurrently herewith extended.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have executed this Extension Agreement on the
<br />date first noted above.
