( "Power Engineers ") recorded a Construction Lien on July 18, <br />2003 in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds, Document No. 0200309193 <br />( "Construction Lien ") which was indexed against the following described real property: <br />The NE' /4 and the E%2 of the NW' /4 of Section 22, in Township 12 <br />North, Range 10 West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, <br />EXCEPTING a tract of land more particularly described in <br />Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 95- 102062 and <br />EXCEPTING a tract of land more particularly described in Joint <br />Tenancy Warranty Deed recorded as Document No. 200303994 <br />(the "Property "). <br />Power Engineers hereby releases all claims, liens, rights, title and interest it may have arising out <br />of the Construction Lien with respect to the Property, EXCEPT for any claims, liens, rights, title <br />and interest Power Engineers may have with respect to any right, title, interest, lien, easement, <br />franchise rights, or permits owned or held by Touch America, Inc. and /or AT &T Corp., AT &T <br />Communications of the Midwest, Inc. and their associated and allied companies (defined to <br />include American Telephone and Telegraph Company, its parents and subsidiaries) in and to the <br />Property.
